Signature gathering has begun for the recall of three Cottage Grove City councilors Mike Fleck, Chalice Savage, and Jon Stinnett.
Traditionally, the recall process is in response to a demonstrated legal, ethical, or moral issue rendering an elected official unfit for office. No such acquisition has been made of any of these counselors.
