Barbara Dean (Pugmire) Cavanaugh was born in the Salt Lake City, Utah area on Aug. 6, 1934 to Earl and Pauline Pugmire. She died Feb. 16, 2023 in Eugene, Ore. of lung cancer. Barbara was preceded in death by her loving husband, James Edward Cavanaugh, her parents, Earl and Pauline Pugmire, and her brother Jerry Pugmire.
