CITY OF COTTAGE GROVE

Notice is hereby given that the City Council for the City of Cottage Grove will hold a public hearing regarding an ordinance establishing a proposed Zone of Benefit per Cottage Grove Municipal Code Chapter 13.12.  The hearing will be held on the 13th day of July, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., at the Cottage Grove City Hall, located at 400 E Main Street, Cottage Grove, Oregon.  During this meeting, the Council will consider written and oral comments on the proposed ordinance creating a Zone of Benefit for wastewater and water system extensions in the area of McKinley Avenue.
