A Long-time resident of Creswell, Oregon passed away Sunday May 17th. Marjorie Ann Nolte was the former owner of the Ranch House Bakery for 25 years where she sold her baked goods on Fridays at the Creswell Grange. When not baking, she was farming on the ranch where she and her husband resided for 50 + years. Born in Henry, Illinois on January 30th, 1939, she moved to Oregon and graduated from Salem High School. She was a bookkeeper before becoming a rancher and was a member of the Creswell Grange where she earned Honors for her work there.
She was preceded in death by her mother, father, sister, brother, and husband. She is survived by her son, Klint Kilday of Opp, Alabama, and her daughter, Lisa Nino of Hermiston, Oregon, as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
