Peer support groups, mental health resources

SPRINGFIELD – NAMI Lane County, a grassroots, peer-led organization focused on supporting individuals with mental health conditions and their families, provides free resources, education, and advocacy in Lane County. The NAMI Lane County Resource Center at 129 9th St. in Springfield is open Mondays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

In-person meetings
■ NAMI Connection Recovery Peer Support Group – 2nd and 4th Mondays, 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., Fern Ridge Library (88026 Territorial Hwy, Veneta)
■ NAMI Family Support Group – Every Thursday, 7:00 to 8:30 p.m., Resource Center
■ NAMI Connection Recovery Peer Support Group – Every Friday, 4:00 to 5:30 p.m., Resource Center

Virtual support
■ NAMI Connection Recovery Peer Support Group – Every Wednesday, 6:30 to 8:00 p.m., Zoom (registration required).
