Jeannie Alexis Williams, 81, passed away January 4, 2026.
She was born Marilyn Jean Morris to Thomas and Dorothy Morris on August 23, 1944 in Comanche, Oklahoma. Her family moved to California then Oregon when she was young so she grew up in Drain, Oregon.
Jeannie married David Edward Williams on September 1, 1961 in Yoncalla, Oregon. They were blessed with four children, daughter, Travis, son, Trent, daughter, Tristin and daughter, Tiffanie.
Except for brief periods working as a bartender and an allergy technician, her adult life was spent as a wife, mother and homemaker. This gave her the opportunity to pursue and magnify her many hobbies and talents, mainly in needlework and painting.
Jeannie is survived by her children, Trent Williams, Tristin (Dell) Judy, and Tiffanie Williams.
She was preceded in death by her husband, David Williams, daughter, Travis Smith, and sister, Kathy Pace.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 10, 2026 in Shelley, Idaho. The family will receive friends Saturday morning from 9:30 a.m. till 10:45 a.m. at the church. Burial will be in the Shelley Hillcrest Cemetery under the direction of Nalder Funeral Home.
