Crow honored for floodplain management

SEASIDE – Leni Crow, senior planner for the City of Cottage Grove, recently received the Outstanding Individual in Floodplain Management award at the Northwest Regional Floodplain Management Association (NORFMA) conference in Seaside. Over four days, floodplain managers from several states and Canada gathered to share best practices. Crow, a member of the Conference Planning Committee, was recognized for founding the Oregon Floodplain Managers Group and for their contributions during the 2025 flooding event.
