Type 3 Zoning Map Amendment. Type 4 Refinement Plan Amendment. Type 4 Development Code Amendment. The applicant proposes to reconfigure existing zoning within the Glenwood Riverfront Master Plan area, amend the development code to foster master planned development, and amend the Glenwood Refinement plan text and designations to align with the two previously stated amendments.

AUTHORIZED USES: In the Glenwood Mixed-Use Plan District, a variety of uses are allowable including but not limited to high-density residential, commercial business, public areas and open space, and lodging.
