SPRINGFIELD – The City of Springfield announced last week that Allie Camp, the City’s economic development manager, has been selected as one of the 2025 Eugene/Springfield 20 Under 40 Award recipients.

Presented by the Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce, this annual recognition honors 20 outstanding young professionals who are shaping the future of the region through innovation, leadership, and service.
“I am honored and humbled to be recognized as part of this year’s 20 Under 40 Awards,” Camp said. “Giving my time and energy to the Springfield community, a place I care deeply about, has been such a privilege. This community has given me so much: connection, purpose, and opportunity. To be included among such a talented group of leaders is truly meaningful.”
Camp leads some of the City’s most high-profile initiatives, including the Glenwood Riverfront redevelopment and downtown revitalization projects. She also manages the City’s urban renewal districts, directing more than $6 million annually toward infrastructure improvements, business development, and placemaking initiatives.
She serves on the boards of Travel Lane County and the Springfield Chamber of Commerce and is an active volunteer and advocate for programs like Girls on the Run and Leadership Eugene-Springfield.
