Abra Crump passed away on June 18, 2025, following a long bout with breast cancer. Her passing was peaceful.
Abra was born on July 27, 1977, in Eugene. She was the first child of Cheryl and Ray Crump. A good student, Abra graduated with honors from Harrisburg High School Class of 1995.
Abra was stricken with schizophrenia as she entered adulthood, sending her life into a chaos of medication and foster homes.
Abra discovered a lump in her breast in 2022. It was cancerous, stage 4 – a fatal diagnosis. She accepted this news with grace and humility, living life on her own terms up until the end.
Abra is survived by her two sons, Ijha and “Pip,” her mother and stepfather, one sister, her father, aunts, and uncles.
