EUGENE – Residents of Springfield, Cottage Grove, Creswell, and Pleasant Hill were part of demonstrations in their towns and in Eugene on Saturday, April 7. The nationwide “Hands Off” rallies drew over 5 million people protesting policies that threaten Social Security and health care, as well as immigration actions.
