Women of American Muscle 2nd Annual Stuff the Trunk, 10 a.m.-2 p.m., The Arc Lane County, 4181 E St., Springfield. WAM is hosting a toy drive/contest. Ladies will decorate their car in Christmas festivities and the community can vote for their favorite vehicle by placing a gift in the trunk. 

South Valley Farmers Winter Market, Saturday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Armory, 628 E. Washington Ave. Features farm fresh produce and artisan goods directly from the farmers and producers. Wide variety of items for unique holiday gift-giving.

Holiday Fair, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. at Thurston Community Baptist Church, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. at 6364 Main St. 

Eugene Veteran Cafe, 11 a.m.-2 p.m., Eugene Elks Lodge, 2470 W. 11th Ave., Eugene. This event, put on by the Roseburg VA Health Care System, is for all veterans, their families, and providers to have a meal and learn more about resources for veterans. More info: [email protected]

Make it! Workshop: Solar Animal Lights, 11 a.m.-2 p.m., BRING, 4446 Franklin Blvd., Eugene. Build and decorate solar dog, cat, and dinosaur lights using pre-cut recycled materials. This is a family-friendly, drop-in workshop. Materials are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Pay-what-you-can, $10-$15 per solar light is suggested.

Light The World Giving Machine ribbon-cutting ceremony, 9 a.m., 293 Valley River Center, Eugene. The giving machine is a vending machine that allows people to support nonprofits, and 100% of the proceeds go to local and global nonprofits.
