APPLICABLE CRITERIA: In reaching a decision on this action, the Planning Commission shall adopt findings that demonstrate conformance with the criteria of approval found in SDC 5.9.120 (Discretionary Use Permit) and the Specific Development Standards for Type 2 short-term rentals (SDC 4.7.355(B)).
SUBJECT PROPERTY LOCATION: The subject property is located at 491 West Olympic Street (Assessor’s Map 17-03-27-41, Tax Lot 2400).
DATE, TIME, AND LOCATION OF THE HEARING: The Springfield Planning Commission will hear all testimony for and against the proposal on Tuesday December 3, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. The Planning Commission meeting and public hearing will be conducted both in person at the City Council chamber and online using Zoom meeting.
