OSAA PLAYOFFS

Pleasant Hill: After standing on top of Class 3A with a record of 25-1 and 10-0 in the league, the Billies earn the No.1 seed in their playoff bracket thanks to a near-perfect regular season led by seniors Claire Crawford and Cheyenne Green. Head coach Jessica Crawford reflects on this historic season and the journey ahead, “This team is special. They have grown individually and as a team all season and I’m proud of them. They have big goals and continue to work hard to achieve them.” They’ll play their first round of playoffs this Saturday.

Creswell earned a No.11 seed in the Class 3A playoff seed with a record of 13-9 and 7-3 in the league. This has been championed by the efforts of Piper Hanson, Teighlor Nunez and Vika Gabrio.

■ Although Cottage Grove has not finished its games, they’ve worked hard to remain in the top 10. This had been led by the teamwork of  Bailee Fournier, Mariah Bailey, and Taylor Bennett.
