James William Kubli Jr., 73, of Creswell, Ore. passed away on Feb. 18, 2023 surrounded by his family. James was born on July 22, 1949 to parents James Kubli Sr. and Darlene (Skinner) Kubli.
After graduating high school James Jr. joined the United States Navy. As a Russian Linguistics Specialist he listened to Russian submarines, earning him the National Defense Service medal.
