Summary:

Summary: The victim was parked at the KFC restaurant. After speaking with the victim, it was determined that no suspect information could be gathered other than a dark-colored sedan with no vehicle plate or suspect driver information. The suspect vehicle had entered into the victim’s lane of travel causing the collision. The damage to the victim’s vehicle was primarily located on the front bumper area which had become unfastened from the body after the collision occurred. The officer assisted with placing the bumper in the vehicle.
