Roger Toner passed away peacefully at his Springfield, Ore. home Jan. 23, 2023. He will be terribly missed by his families.
After graduating high school, Roger served in the Coast Guard and went on to a successful career in the building industry that culminated in inspecting Coast Guard facilities.
He enjoyed golfing, fly tying, hunting, traveling, fishing, and was quite happy being a bachelor; but nonetheless, he leaves behind…
