Summary: There was a broken window on two vehicles at the address, parked in the driveway. No surveillance was found at the residence or in the neighborhood, nor were there any suspect clues or items left behind.

Summary: This was a low-speed, three-car collision resulting in one car being towed. It was evident that the operator of the 2006 Honda Ridgeline was at fault and turned east directly into the side of the 2012 Honda Civic involved. This collision then caused both vehicles to crash into the 2021 Ford pickup sitting stationary at the stop sign on Geer Ave. With all parties cleared by medics.

Summary: The listed owner in this case provided proof of ownership of a dog. The mentioned party agreed to care for the dog until the rightful owner had healed from surgery. The listed owner learned her dog was now being kept by the listed party in this case and the owner wished to have her dog returned. The other party stated that the dog, named Nova, had been given to her by the owner approximately six months ago, but she was fully aware that the dog belonged to the listed owner. The person surrendered the dog to the case officer and was advised of possible charges of Theft in the First Degree regarding the situation if the owner wished to pursue it. The dog was transported by the case officer to the rightful owner.
