Bobby Marion Griffin, 85, of Cottage Grove, Ore. passed away on Oct. 14, 2022. Bobby was born on Aug. 31, 1937 in Hatfield, Ark. to Raymond and Irene (Sullivan) Griffin. Bobby married Nancy Nelson on Nov. 26, 1961 and had two beautiful daughters, Jeanne and Patricia.
Bobby was a hard worker and was a dedicated truck driver who drove both semi-trucks and 18-wheelers. He enjoyed working on his cars, hunting, fishing and spending time with his family telling stories.
Bobby Marion Griffin is survived by his daughters Jeanne (Ken) Grigsby of Lebanon, Ore. and Patricia (Melvin) Murry of Cottage Grove, his sister Peggy Kaholuia of Cottage Grove, six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by both his parents and his wife Nancy Griffin. A celebration of life will be held at Smith-Lund-Mills Funeral Chapel.
