Glenda Joyce Olson, 73, of Drain, Ore. passed away June 1, 2022. Glenda was born in Patterson, Calif. on Nov. 17, 1948 to parents James and Kathleen (Creel) Anglin. She married Dennis Olson in 1981, in Drain. Glenda worked at the Big Burger in Drain, and Kwikees building steps for motorhomes. Glenda owned her own salon – Glenda’s Snip and Clip in Drain – and was a homemaker. She loved going to car shows with her husband driving their ‘58 Chevy Biscayne, shopping, collecting dolls, but most of all spending time with her family and grandchildren. Glenda is survived by her husband of 50 years Dennis Olson of Drain; daughter Keri Wipfel of Winston, Ore.; sister Kathy Spenger of The Dalles, Ore.; sister Janice Rintalan of Beaverton, Ore.; brother Eddie Anglin of Veneta, Ore.; 3 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her son Eric Olson. A funeral service was held June 11 at the Drain Church of Christ.
