Drifters Baseball open season in style

The Springfield Drifters opened their season on a rainy Friday night, but it couldn’t dampen the spirits of all associated with the game – especially coaches and players. 

The Drifters are a wooden-bat league team playing its home games at Hamlin Sports Complex in Springfield this summer.

After visiting the Wenatchee Applesox for a three-game series this coming weekend, the Drifters return home Tuesday, June 14 to face the Yakima Valley Pippins.
