Ralph Eugene Brown, 77, of Springfield, Ore. passed away Feb. 9, 2022 at McKenzie Willamette Hospital surrounded by family.
Ralph was born in Vancouver, Wash., on June 22, 1944 to Delbert Kenneth and Thelma Rose Brown. They moved to Springfield, where Ralph graduated from Springfield High and went into the U.S. Army where he was stationed in Germany.
