NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY  OF URBAN RENEWAL  ANNUAL REPORT 

This notice is a summary of the information available in the Urban Renewal Annual Report for FY 2020/2021 of the Creswell Urban Renewal Agency, prepared pursuant to ORS 457.460. Copies of the full report are available online at www.ci.creswell.or.us and at the Finance Department – Creswell City Hall, to all interested persons during regular business hours. As summarized below, FY 2020/2021 resources equaled $18,440. For the next fiscal year, 2021/2022, the Agency’s budgeted resources are balanced with requirements at $281,389. The Agency uses the funds it receives from the division-of-taxes method of calculating property taxes ($19,235 for FY2020/2021, as shown below) to finance urban renewal projects. Property taxes received totaled $18,367 in FY 2020/2021 and are budgeted at $38,832 in FY 2021/2022. Other resources are budgeted as the beginning fund balance at $17,407, and interest at $150. Requirements are budgeted for capital outlay at $225,000 and ending fund balance of $56,389. The maximum indebtedness of the Creswell Urban Renewal Plan is $12,500,000 and none of that authority has been used through June 30, 2021. The impact of the urban renewal plan on the tax collections of other taxing districts in FY 2020/2021 resulted in the following amounts:

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Creswell Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing in Creswell City Hall on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at 5:30 p.m., in order to hear the following:

Case No. SUB-2022-01 a request by Nathan Marple, owner, to subdivide 4.41 acres into 20 residential lots. The application proposes to divide Tax Lot 5100 and 5003 as shown in tax assessors’ map 19-03-15-40 into twenty (20) lots. A public road will be constructed as a component of the development proposal. The property is zoned Low-Density Residential (RL). This application will be reviewed under Section 4.1.400 Type III Review, 4.3 Land Divisions, Section 2.2.120 Residential Districts, and Section 3.1 Access and Circulation, and Section 3.4 Public Facilities of the Creswell Development Code.
