Sally Ann Ward, 69, died Oct. 17, 2021 peacefully in her home in Springfield, Ore.
Sally is survived by her four children: Rebecca Owens of Eugene, Bruce Ward (Jaycee) of Tolna, N.D., Elizabeth O’Gorman (Sean) of Mesa, Ariz., Julia Mackey (Matt) of McMinnville, and seven grandchildren: Zachary, Jacob, Jason, Riley, Samuel, Anne, and Thomas.
A service will be held on Nov. 5 at 1 p.m. at St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Eugene.
