John Andrew West, of Pleasant Hill, Ore., passed away on Sept. 22, 2021, at the age of 79. Preceded in death by both his father and mother, three sisters and two brothers. He is survived by his wife Pat West of Pleasant Hill, a son Johnny and Michelle (Mapanao) West of North Las Vegas, Nev., two stepsons, Troy and Loren (Bailor) Heath of Yamhill, Ore., Travis Heath of Elkton, Ore., two grandchildren Bannychel Mapanao and Jayden West, a sister- and brother-in-law and numerous nephews and nieces.
There will be a graveside service on Saturday, Oct. 9 at 2 p.m. Location will be at a family burial site, approximately three miles east of Elkton on Highway 138 West; a sign will be posted.
