Marvin Vincent Zettle, 84, of Dexter, Ore., was born Oct. 6, 1936 in Sheridan, Wyo. He was the father of three children, Kenneth Zettle, Elgin, Ore., Mona Thomson, Roseburg, Ore., and Colleen Mataggart, Fruitdale, S.D.
He graduated from Hardin (HS) in Montana in 1955.
He is survived by his brother Phillip Zettle of Vienna, Va., sister Judy Jennings of Littleton, Colo., seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by sister Thelma Bent of Sheridan, Wyo.
He was raised in Garryowen, Mont., and rode a horse to grade school. He loved horseback riding, dancing, and cowboy music. Marvin delivered the mail for the U.S. Postal Service for 37 years.
Marvin will be missed by many.
