Hannah Rebecca Jonas, 33, of Creswell, Ore. passed away April 16, 2021. Hannah was born to David N. Jonas and Shelley D. Patton on September 29, 1987 in Eugene, Ore. She was a stay-at-home mother to her 4 children. Hannah enjoyed gardening, cooking, taking care of animals and caring for her children. She is preceded in death by her father. She is survived by her mother Shelley, partner Jeff Lane; daughter Brianna Lane; son Cameron Lane; son Colton Lane; daughter Brooklyn Lane; brother Jessi Jonas of Springfield, Ore., and sister Leah Cage of Ogden, Utah. No service is planned at this time.
