Martin Brian Reinbold, 62, passed away March 20, 2021. Martin was born April 28, 1958 to Patrick and Alva Nadine in Eugene, Ore. Martin began his career in archeology in the early ‘80s while attending Oregon State University where he received a bachelor’s degree in 1984. He continued his education and passion for historical archeology throughout his life, later receiving a master’s degree at The College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Va. Martin eventually retired from Pan Cultural Associates in 2013.
Martin loved acting and was an active member of the thespians in high school, where he was in multiple plays. He continued his love for acting by playing small roles in major movies, including our very own “Animal House.” Martin was an avid guitar player with a passion for folk music. He had many talents including photography, building model planes and ships, to name a few.
Martin is survived by three siblings, Patrick Reinbold of Cottage Grove, Susan Watson of Portland, Ore. and David Reinbold of Cottage Grove; three children, Arlo of Colorado Springs, Colo., Thomas of Damon, Texas and Sarah of Philadelphia, Pa.; and six grandchildren.
