Debra Ann (Dow) Bellah, loving daughter and sister, passed away at 64. Born in Bourne, Mass., raised in Orangevale, Calif., she graduated from Casa Roble HS in 1975. She is survived by her parents, Charles and Laura Dow, and three siblings, Charles Jr. (Ginger), Donald, and Pamela (Joe). Memorial pending due to COVID-19.
