Ruth Devon Tanton, 83, of Springfield, Ore., passed away on Dec. 8, 2020. Devon was born on May 18, 1930 in Elko, Nevada to parents Reginald R. and Ruth (Kelley) Keirnes.
She married David Tanton on June 9, 1955. Throughout her life, Devon worked as a model and seamstress at Jantzen, often designing her own clothing, as well as a hotel manager and owner.
