Kelley Birchman-Tobias passed away on July 2, 2020, in Phoenix, Arizona, of renal failure. She was 51.
Kelley grew up in Beaverton, Oregon, then moved to Pleasant Hill, Oregon, in 1984 where she graduated in 1987. She met Roger Myllenbeck in Portland.
