Owner trying to adjust

Nick Hammond, a small business owner who does one-on-one personal fitness training, is feeling the impact of the pandemic.
Hammond, a regular on Wednesday mornings at KZEL for 10 years, said he’s offering virtual training.
“I contacted my clients and have seven sessions booked using FaceTime, which is a little weird,” he said.
One of those clients includes a high school track athlete. “He’s 18 years old and has looked forward to this track season all year, and although he can’t compete he still gets up at seven in the morning willing to do a FaceTime session with me to stay on top of his goals.”
He has a client in her 70s, and a mom working from home also lined up.
“I’m not sure how it’s gonna work out or how we’re gonna make ends meet but I’m sure not gonna give up,” Hammond said.
