Judith ”Judy” Lynne Hausman, 74, of Eugene, Ore., passed away on Feb. 6, 2020.
Judy was born on June 18, 1945 to parents Wallace and Ann (Kauppila) Calkins in Worcester, Mass. She graduated from West Covina High School in California.
Judy worked in City of Industry, Calif., for Revland Electric for many years before moving to Cottage Grove, Ore., where she owned and operated an insurance office before retiring.
Judy loved to cook, camping, ATV riding, boating and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was a member of the Dorena Grange.
Judy is survived by her lifelong partner, Jay Williamson of Eugene; son Kevin (Melody) DuPay of Cottage Grove; daughter Heidi Hausmann of Tacoma, Wash.; stepson David Hausmann and fiance Amy Wilner of Graham, Wash.; stepdaughter Kristina (Oscar) Gallegos of Creswell, Ore.; brother Ron (Donnie) Calkins of Upland, Calif.; sister Carol (Joseph) Scatamacchia of Whittier, Calif.; brother Bob Calkins of Covina, Calif.; and 14 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother; a son, Thomas DuPay; and a brother, Russell Calkins.
A funeral was held Feb. 14, 2020 at Smith-Lund-Mills Funeral Chapel in Cottage Grove, with interment at Fir Grove Cemetery in Cottage Grove.
