William “Bill” Birch, 84, of Creswell, Ore., passed away on Jan. 7, 2020.
Bill was born in Bradford, Pa., on Oct. 24, 1935 to Wilda and Harvey Birch. He moved to Creswell in 1952 with his parents and siblings and graduated from Creswell High School.
Bill married his lifelong sweetheart, Phyllis, and had four children, Bill Jr., James, Marty and Aron.
