CRESWELL – The well-known stretch of Oregon Avenue that runs over the railroad tracks between Front and Mill streets is often congested on most days, leading to an uneven symphony of honking horns and screeching tires.
Strap in folks, and turn up the volume.
The good news is that the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is undertaking a month-long project to install a sidewalk that is compliant with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards.
