Cathy (Rouse) Forgey of Cottage Grove died on Jan. 12, 2019 at the age of 56.
Cathy was born in Denver, Colo. on Oct. 20, 1962, to parents Lynwood and JoAnn (Turvey) Rouse. She graduated from Creswell High School, and later received her Clown College Certification.
She was manager of the Sud-N-Shine Car Wash, and was also a farrier for horses.
