A fire broke out at a residency on South 10th Street on the eastside of the street in the early afternoon of Tuesday, Dec. 4. The fire was called in around 12:10 p.m. Neighbors and onlookers reportedly saw plumes of thick smoke coming from the house, and flames poking out of burned sections of the roof.
