Katrina Tilley has been a financial agent with Country Financial since June 2016. Her job involves helping others understand financials, insurance and plans to protect what they care about most: their family.
Tilley became a financial agent in an unconventional way. At 26, she was diagnosed with Lymphoma, something she neither expected nor was she prepared for. After she healed from her shocking diagnosis, her plans changed, and she began working with Country Financial after graduating from college. Tilley believes in assisting families not only achieve financial stability but maintaining it through protection plans.
”My goal is to help the community, educate them and help them get the proper protection in place,” Tilley says.
Finances and insurance are uncomfortable subjects for everyone, and that’s exactly why Tilley’s work is so important. She loves walking her clients through those difficult situations so they can make the best decision the first time. Tilley also wants to stress the importance of staying up to date with insurance policies, for it’s that coverage that can make the difference between an inconvenience and a tragedy.
Tilley and her husband bought their first home in Creswell in June 2015. In the next few years, Tilley hopes to move her Country Financial office from Eugene, down to Creswell.
”After becoming a member of the Creswell Chamber of Commerce, I realized how much the businesses of the community truly care about one another and want each other to succeed. I love that and am happy to be a part of it,” Tilley said.
