A Creswell man was arrested Sept. 9 for sex abuse charges.
Timothy Allen Rook, 31, was arrested by Lane County Sheriff’s Office deputies and charged with two counts of second degree sex abuse.
According to court records, between Dec. 1 and 31, 2017 and again around Feb. 8, 2018, Rook allegedly unlawfully and knowingly subjected a woman to sexual intercourse without consent.
Rook is being lodged at Lane County Jail. Trial is set for Nov. 8, 2018 at Lane County Circuit Court.
