Coast Fork Feed: All your canning, fermentation & brewing needs

Now is the busy time of the year for gathering the bounty of the season to preserve, ferment and store for the coming fall and winter months. Coast Fork Feed has all the supplies needed for successful canning, fermentation and brewing projects. From yeast, jars, bottles, Pamona Pectin, lipase, rennet (vegetable & animal), full cheese making kits, crocks to a full selection of brewing and wine making supplies. Coast Fork Feed’s inventory is larger than it can list, and their staff is happy to answer questions to help customers plan for their home preservation needs.
The honey flow is underway for area beekeepers, and it has a full array of beekeeping supplies on hand as well as a 4-frame, manual crank honey extractor for rent at the reasonable cost of $10.00 per day with a $250.00 refundable deposit.
It also carries an Italian Ratchet manual Press for apples, grapes or assorted fruits for the rent of $10.00 per day with a $250.00 refundable deposit. Customers will still need to mash their fruit, but the press is a highly efficient way to get you juice ready for bottling. Call to reserve either machine at 541-942-8770, or stop by to talk to the staff about the rental process. Happy Home Preserving!
