The Springfield Lions Club will be conducting their 36th Annual Plant Sale on Saturday, May 12, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 58th and Main streets in Springfield, where the Big Lots/Bi-Mart parking lot is located.
Three- to five-gallon sized rhododendrons are $25, or two for $40. One-gallon azaleas are $7; larger-sized azaleas are $15. Tomato, pepper and strawberry plants are also available.
Where there’s a need, there’s a Lion. All proceeds benefit the Springfield Lions Club’s local Sight and Hearing projects.
