Urban Renewal Agency Budget Adoption – The Urban Renewal Agency will meet on Monday, June 10, 2109 in the McCluskey Chambers of City Hall beginning at 7:00 pm. The Agency will be holding a Public Hearing to receive public comment regarding the proposed FY 2019/20 Budget as approved by the Budget Committee. The Agency will consider the adoption of the Fiscal Year 2109/2020 budget.
City Council Meeting – The City Council will hold their regular monthly meeting on Monday, June 10, 2019 at 7:00 pm (immediately following the Urban Renewal Agency Budget Meeting) in the McCluskey Chambers of City Hall. The Council will be holding five (5) public hearings to receive public comment regarding the proposed Fiscal Year 2019/2020 Budget:
i. To receive public comment on FY 2019-2020 Budget approved by Budget Committee.
ii. To receive public comment on the proposed uses of State Revenue Sharing Funds.
iii. To receive public comment on proposed Water and Sewer Rate Increases.
iv. To receive public comment on proposed Public Safety Fee Increase.
v. To receive public comment on proposed City Fee Schedule.
The Council will consider the adoption of FY 2019/20 Annual Budget.
Public Safety Committee –The Public Safety Committee will meet on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 in the City Hall Conference Room beginning at 6:00 pm. The committee will be developing a Community Safety Survey.
Planning Commission Meeting – The Planning Commission will meet on Thursday, June 13, 2019 in the McCluskey Chambers of City Hall beginning at 6:30 pm.
