Lets go look at Christmas lights!

Hoffstot Farm at 31208 Camas Swale Road in Creswell

Drive by on a Friday or Saturday to see Santa, the grinch, and to enjoy hot cocoa and candy canes. This display has over 400 characters and 50,000 lights lit up this year.

Is money tight this Christmas?

Here are some ways to save money, but still remain thoughtful with your gifts:

  • Bake tasty treats for your loved ones and place them in a decorative Christmas tin.
  • Print out and frame photos or you can make a photo banner with clothes pins and twine.
  • Big family? Instead of buying everyone gifts, propose a family white elephant exchange.
  • Wrap gifts with multiple pieces in separate boxes, so your loved ones have more things to open.
  • Buy a pack of canvas panels and paint your loved ones something that reminds you of them with craft paint.
  • Volunteer to prepare Christmas breakfast for your family
