What type of medical care would you want if you had a sudden accident or illness and couldn’t speak for yourself? Who would you trust to make medical decisions on your behalf?

We will be hosting several in-person planning sessions to help offer guidance and answer any questions at the RiverBend Annex (123 International Way, Springfield, OR) from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m.
