Grief can be isolating, whether you’re grieving the loss of the life of a loved one, or the person someone was before an Alzheimer’s or other dementia diagnosis.
Our monthly support group, co-hosted by our partners at Brighton Hospice, provides a safe and understanding space to share your feelings and connect with others on a similar journey. We’ll discuss different topics on grief in each self-contained session— join in for all sessions or just as you are able.
We have dinner covered! Take home a meal packaged by our team with love.
