DJ Dv8 Bio:
For 25 years, DJ Dv8 has been rocking shows, crushing DJ battles and packing dance floors. A Eugene native, the turntablist sharpened his skills in the thriving underground Hiphop scene of the early 2000’s. Marv Ellis invited him to be a part of the legendary Imaginary Friends in 2006, Dv8 skillfully provided his musical skratch style to the 9-piece ensemble.Thus began a 20 year musical odyssey of collaboration and touring between Marv & Dv8. Together they have played their music internationally, created albums of material together, pushed live-band Hiphop to new frontiers, and always shined their light for the NW community and places that shaped them.
