$100 Refundable Cleaning Deposit required in addition to winning bid.
48-Hour Clean-Out Window from the time of purchase.
Government-issued, valid photo ID required to register.
Bring your own lock.
Sale is subject to cancellation if the tenant settles their account prior to payment.
All units sold as complete lots unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer.
Buyer must retain any personal documents or photos belonging to the tenant in accordance with state law.
