Come join us at Camp Havenroot on Saturday May 3 for an in depth, hands on look into how to identify, harvest, process and cook the edible camas Lilly in a stone lined earth oven.
We will cover identification and potential poisonous lookalikes, how and where to harvest, cover the risks associated with cooking with hot rocks and how to mitigate them and many other things.
