Annual CiderHouse starting April 8th at PublicHouse
For 5 days in April, PublicHouse will convert 20+ beer taps to cider taps! Don’t worry, we’ll still have beer and whiskey!
We’ll feature different Ciderhouses throughout the week, activities, live music & specialty cocktails from our fantastic Whisk(e)y Lab crew. Check out what’s happening so far, and keep looking back for the final details:
Cider: Our Team is busy putting together a very tasty draft list for this event so keep checking back for ALL of the yumminess. You can expect to see 20 different ciders, seltzers and meads on draft throughout the event, including: 2 Towns Brandy Barrel Bad Apple and Collective Solidarity with Lavender, Sea Salt & Cocoa Nibs; Swift Cider— Dark & Stormy Cocktail-Inspired; Stray— Putting on Airs Apple Cider blended with Chardonnay
Cocktails: The Whisk(e)y Lab team has put together a specialty cocktail menu just for this event!
⭐Apple Shrub & Hard Cider— House Herb & Apple Shrub, Schilling Dry Cider
⭐Apple Butter Daiquiri— Light Rum, Apple Butter, Lime, Apple Bitters
⭐Bourbon Spiced Cider— Bourbon, Allspice, Cinnamon, Apple Cider, Lemon
⭐Spiced Cider Mocktail— Apple Cider, Cinnamon, Lemon, Soda
⭐Apple Shrub & Soda Mocktail— House Herb Apple Shrub & Soda
Cider-Inspired Food Specials: This year we’re going to feature food specials from our 5 amazing food purveyors, including:
⭐Sliced Braised Brisket with Apple Mostarda, Spanish Aioli, Dijon, on a Sesame Roll from The Nave Kitchen
⭐& more to be announced from Moi Poki Grill, Shalosh and Black Market BBQ
Entertainment / Activities / Cider Reps: Everyday of CiderHouse we’ll have evening entertainment out in our Lawn area, fully-enclosed and heated, in addition to welcoming some of the people behind the Cider Scene.

Thursday, April 9. Connectarine, live on the lawn at 6:30pm
Friday, April 10. Belltower, live on the lawn at 7pm
Saturday, April 11. Sugar Pine String Band, live on the lawn at 7pm
Sunday, April 12. The Williwaws, live on the lawn at 3:30pm / Open Mic with Host Amblin, 5:30pm
