Bring your embattled self down to the best self care super store around for a couple hours of expert self-care wisdom. Some of us have to survive our lives. For some of us even outside the box thinking or a tower of books and hours of podcasts don't meet our needs for an enhanced or new model of self-care. Let's come together and learn/share what we have learned about what self-care is for each of us and how to attain it when even when hashtags and motivational placations don't speak to you.

Cancellation Policy: Funds for booked classes are used by the teachers and studio/shop to purchase tools and materials for each participant. For this reason, and to pay our instructors fairly and predictably, we cannot offer refunds for cancelled class reservations.
